Easier: the Users page lists everyone, shows last sign-ins, and adds/removes accounts with no Netlify edits.

Paste the generated entry into the USERS environment variable on Netlify (Site configuration → Environment variables), inside the outer { } — comma-separated with the existing entries — then share the email + password with the person. Removing an entry locks that person out immediately.
